Reduce Customer Churn using Churn Modelling

Many companies have begun to realize that they need a way in which they can predict customer churn in advance of it happening in order to be able to do something to reduce it. Today, this problem is much easier to solve using Machine Learning with its ability to predict what will happen next without the bias of human judgement or faulty intuition. We also have the ability to predict when customers will churn (using survival analysis) and what actions we can take to reduce the chances of churn.
