Outreach vs HubSpot: Which one should you choose for your Business Needs?

Outreach or HubSpot? Both of these marketing software companies have gained a lot of popularity in the last few years. HubSpot has been highly praised for its ability to manage email marketing campaigns and Google AdWords campaigns, but it lacks a powerful way to connect with customers. Meanwhile, Outreach helps you build relationships with your customers.

Outreach vs HubSpot: Why even compare?

One of the biggest challenges faced by small business owners is getting the word out about their products and services. You have to make sure you are using all of your marketing channels. This can be a time-consuming task, and sometimes it seems like no matter how hard you try, you just can't get the word out there.

This begs for the need for a marketing automation platform.

I am comparing Outreach and HubSpot because these two are the two most commonly used companies to help you manage your marketing campaigns.

We will compare the pros and cons of each platform and highlight their strengths as well as weaknesses so that you can know which one is best for your needs.

The first thing we need to look at is our features: what does it offer? Outreach has a lot more robust features than HubSpot in this category.

Outreach vs HubSpot: Features

Outreach Features:

  1. Outreach is a full-featured marketing automation platform that allows you to create and share content with your customers.
  2. Outreach works by creating campaign pages for each of the products or services you are marketing, then analyzing which ones receive the most traffic from your site. Based on this information, Outreach automatically creates new email campaigns based on what it learns about the customer base in order to increase brand awareness and loyalty over time (as long as people don't unsubscribe). Outreach does have an option to include a link back directly into their emails so that they can track clicks through referrals, but I would not recommend this.
  3. Outreach also provides a feature that allows you to schedule the emails for next day delivery, which Hubspot does not provide, and it has an effective keyword tracking tool as well.
  4. Another feature that Outreach provides is a tool to create blog posts, which will allow you to increase inbound traffic.
  1. Outreach has a unique feature that allows you to view all of your email campaigns at once if needed (you can also see which ones are running on schedule and so forth). You can then decide what days work best for each campaign based on the number of clicks they get as well as their open rates.

HubSpot Features:

  1. Hubspot is more limited when it comes time for creating content compared with Outreach, but this does not diminish its value entirely. The reason I would say this is that Hubspot's content creation features are more advanced than Outreach in the sense of being able to create any type of content you want. For example, if I am selling a product, then I can use Hubspot to automatically send out blog posts and or webinars based on what they know about the customer base (allowing me to better fit my messages into their needs).
  2. They also have an option for automated social media posting, which is a nice addition as well. But again, this falls short when it comes time for blogging since all you can do with Blogger is post whatever text you want.
  1. Hubspot also provides an email follow up feature (although it's not as advanced), which is useful for those who are selling on platforms like Amazon and eBay, but again it falls short when compared to Outreach in terms of the scope of features that you get with their content creation tools.


What tools integrate with HubSpot?

One of the best features that HubSpot provides is the ability to integrate with other services. This includes everything from email marketing, social media and webinars. If you purchase an advanced package for your account, then all of these options can be used in combination with each other as well (and many more). If you are not the type of person who likes to use all these tools at once, then it is possible to work with just one or two. Also, if you have a more niche audience and don't feel like selling them on something they may not be interested in, then it's best that you only focus on using those services when they make sense (like email marketing).

This integration means that your HubSpot account will function as an extension of any other service, which makes things easier for both clients and yourself. This can come in handy because some customers do want access from outside their own platforms. If you are blogging, then they will probably want a way to post your content on their own website or social media accounts.

Outreach vs HubSpot: What makes HubSpot unique?

So what is it that makes HubSpot different from the rest of the market? Well, there are several things: They have extremely comprehensive tools which allow you to do pretty much anything related to marketing (and this includes basic email and blog campaigns as well). You can easily make money with them by selling products like courses and eBooks. And some of these features also come at no charge if you don't purchase any other services through them. They have a lot of resources, including guides and videos to help you learn the basics (which is one thing they fail at, it's hard not to get overwhelmed).

The real problem with HubSpot is that you need quite a bit of experience in order for these tools to be useful. If you don't know what email marketing or blogging are, then there really isn't much point in using them. The same goes for social media management which has very little value if your profile doesn't look good enough (and this can only come from years of practice). You also need some basic understanding of how to use HubSpot because their design is a little different from what you might be used to.

But they do have the main things that most people won't, and so I would say it's more important how well these services work for you than any of their other features. But even then, if your website isn't looking good, or your blog posts aren't getting enough traffic, then all this knowledge won't help much at all if you haven't got anything else going on in terms of marketing (and no doubt there are plenty who don't) then the only reason not to go with them is that they are the most expensive.

So if you're looking for a marketing service, then I would recommend starting with HubSpot. They have some pretty cool tools, and their creator has done an excellent job in terms of building out all these features. But don't forget, this is only useful if your website isn't doing well and it's not making you enough money to justify spending more time on it (if so, then I'd say go with them). If not, there is no reason at all why anyone should be using them rather than something else which has worked better or simply doesn't cost a penny.

The difference between HubSpot and Outreach marketing software is that one focuses on creating a large network of potential customers, while the other allows you to build relationships with those prospects based on their buying habits. While both are great for different purposes and can be used interchangeably depending on your needs, here is why Outreach will serve you better than HubSpot in some cases:

Outreach has cheaper monthly fees as compared to HubSpot's subscription plans: As mentioned earlier, one of the main benefits offered by this new generation of marketing automation platforms such as Outreach Marketing Software is that they are significantly cheaper than the other options. HubSpot offers a basic subscription plan which costs $15 per month, whereas Outreach charges just $5 /month (which is rather cheap considering how powerful their features can make your marketing efforts).

Outreach provides complete control over all of its functions: As mentioned earlier, one of the main reasons why I preferred to use Outreach Marketing Software as opposed to HubSpot was because it doesn't require me personally to create any form or content for my website and blog posts in order for them be seen by targeted prospects.

This means that you don't have to worry about writing a million words, wasting money on hiring ghostwriters or paying for SEO services just so that your content can be seen by prospects. In short, you get complete control over all of the marketing activities you perform, and this is something that HubSpot fails at, in my opinion.

Outreach allows one to create various templates with different layouts: As detailed earlier, I find Outreach Marketing Software extremely useful because it enables me to design various types of campaigns such as e-newsletters (which are sent via email), articles on websites/blogs (such as blog posts) and even social media posts. This means that marketers no longer need to design their own emails, articles and other forms of content because Outreach allows one to create templates with different layouts which are easy to use and allow users to add a variety of features such as images, videos or links in order for the campaigns being created by them be seen by targeted prospects.

Outreach offers more powerful analytics tools than HubSpot: As detailed earlier, I always prefer software platforms that offer advanced analytics tools (such as those offered by ProspectPro) over basic ones because these can provide much greater insight into how well your campaigns are performing.

However, Outreach is not just a basic platform as it also offers advanced analytics tools such as 'Campaign Intelligence (Real-Time):' this enables users to view various metrics about their email campaign performance and the success rate which they achieve for each of the recipients who open these emails. The higher the number of prospects that open an email or article from you, the more likely it will be them taking action on whatever offer/product/service etc., that you may have sent in this correspondence! In short, I find Outreach Marketing Software extremely useful because it allows me to see how well each of my campaigns is performing and how much money I am making from them.


Outreach vs HubSpot: Leads

HubSpot Generate leads through direct marketing, social media and blogging channels which helps in increasing your targeted offers, thus attracting more clients, especially if you have the right tools like outreach function or any other Sales Automation tool then no doubt that this can help you increase your revenue by getting new clientele. HubSpot also offers a huge number of tools to help you grow your business. If you are looking for sales automation software, then this is the one that should be chosen as it helps in increasing your revenues and leads conversion rate with its features like webinars, videos etc. which helps in converting more clients toward success.

Outreach vs HubSpot: Conclusion

In conclusion, tools for small business owners help to get more leads, increase revenue and reduce costs. All these software are free or paid based on different features provided by them. The above list is not a complete one as many other great programs also exist in this domain, but each of these has its own unique feature that can help you improve your sales and marketing activities, thus helping you build your brand loyalty with an increased number of clientele which will eventually lead to higher revenues etc.
