It's certainly not free though: their basic plan starts at $20 per month but there are several different levels depending on how much data they track and whether or not you want Aweber sending emails on behalf of your domain.

 

3. MailerLite is a great little tool that's completely free to use and will let you send as many emails as you want with no limits (the only thing they ask in return is for email addresses). They also offer some templates which are easy on the eyes, but their customer service could be better.
